Helicopter Systems Manufacturing Project for RSAF

Life Shield successfully delivered a specialized project for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF), focused on the manufacturing and installation of custom-engineered containers and mission-critical equipment for helicopter systems. This project demonstrates LSMI’s advanced capabilities in defense-grade precision manufacturing, mission logistics, and technical field support.

Project for developing, Manufacturing and R&D of Containers for The Shipment and Storage of Spare Parts of Air Force Systems for (F-15 SA and F-15 S)

A Landmark Program for the Royal Guard

 In response to modern combat requirements, we developed a rapid-deployment gun mount that can be deployed in under 20 seconds.

The system features a foldable design with gas-spring or electric assist, 360° rotation, and manual control.

Integrated with ballistic shielding and compatible with key weapon systems like the M2, PKM, and M134.

This development highlights Life Shield’s tactical engineering excellence in supporting elite Royal Guard units.

2015 – Enhancing Border Security with Advanced Armored Solutions

In 2015, we designed and manufactured bulletproof turrets with B6-level ballistic armor for a national Border Guard program. The project showcased our expertise in armored systems, from precision engineering to tactical deployment. This milestone reinforced our commitment to delivering high-performance defense solutions for critical security needs.

Life Shield company has forged an illustrious history in the manufacturing of top-tier Armored Plates, Helmets, and Vests within its state-of-the-art factory. The journey commenced with a vision to redefine safety and security standards, and today, we stand as pioneers in the industry. Over the years, our factory has been a hub of innovation, where cutting-edge technologies and advanced materials converge to create armor solutions that safeguard lives.

Our manufacturing capabilities include but not limited to the fabrication of Turret Gun Mounts and Armor protection for all types of vehicles, Armoring of mobile command centers, Various types of Guard houses, Mobile field hospitals, Armored trucks and Vans, All types of water and fuel trucks and trailers, Generator trucks and trailers of all sizes, Mobile service lube trucks for Military vehicles and equipment and last but not least the modification of Patrol vehicles for the protection of VIP's and VVIP’s.

AIRBORNE (AA) AWARD

Awarded to Life Shield for its contribution and support in the Gulf Wars.

Rise During Gulf War (1990s):

Life Shield provided its valuable support in three major conflicts in the region by providing support in two Gulf wars. During Gulf Wars, Life Shield quickly gained recognition for its innovative solutions. In the 1990s, the company expanded its product range and it secured contracts with various government agencies and defense contractors. 

During (1980s):

Some workshops offer customization options to tailor products to specific military requirements or different operational environments

During (1970s): 

Once designs are finalized, prototypes are built for testing. This phase helps identify any design flaws or performance issues that need to be addressed before mass production. 

Rigorous testing is conducted to ensure that items meet strict quality and performance standards. 

1973

The company started as a small workshop focused on developing specialized defense equipment for military units, providing different services to the MOD, National Guard, MOI and the Royal Guard.

At this time The company is equipped with advanced tools for creating prototypes of new equipment and products. 

Foundation and Early Years (1960s-1970s)

Life Shield was established in 1968 and has made its mark in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a vision to provide cutting-edge defense products to support military operations.
